How we started
The idea for GIXON came to us a few years back in Finland. During an evening of sauna and beverages, we thought “The only thing missing is live music – right here, right now!”
Today everything can be ordered from a mobile app. If dinner or a vacation rental can be done online, why not live music? The solution was so simple we couldn’t believe it hadn’t been done already. And GIXON was born. We want to connect artists and music lovers, and allow those intimate and unique experiences to unfold as easily and spontaneously as the original idea did.
Our team members have logged years in the music and tech industries, and we know how hard it can be to make a living as an artist. GIXON can help make that a little easier for you.
In the long term, we believe in the power of music to bring people together. We started in Finland and are still headquartered there, but with partners in the US, UK, and Germany, we are making our way out and hope to bring you live gigs – anywhere, anytime.
